The restaurants featured in this book are choosen by Thailand Tatler readers through a readership poll and then reviewed anonymously by a team of dedicated food fanatics. While the reviewing of restaurants and food is always a subjective matter, all our reviewers had to follow strict guidelines to ensure consistency in the rating.
