- Welcome Plus is as six-level course at primary level for children learning English for the first time. Its syllabus is based on graded structures and vocabulary. Welcome Plus enables pupils to use English effectively and ensures that they have fun while learning. Wecome Plus develops all four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) through a variety of communicative tasks and everyday dialogues, It recycles vocabulary and grammar regularly.
- Weclome Plus 6 consists of three modules of three units each. Each unit contains material for two lessons of about 50 minutes each. There is a tenth unit which provieds material for further reading as well as a review of all tenses learned in the course. Welcome Plus 6 aslo in cludes four Culture Clips customs of the United Kingdom.
- Welcome Plus 6 and its components may be covered in a total of about 60 teaching hours.
- The Teascher's Book gives steop-by-step lesson plans, the answers to the exercises for both the Pupil's Book and the Workbook, the answers to the Progress Tests, the answers to the tests from the Test Booklet and a marking scheme for each test. It new words and grammar structures, as well as tapescripts of the listening activities.
