This book includes nine lessons that focus on the nine major concepts presented in the content standards: Physical Science, Life Science, and Earth and Space Science. The lessons also cover the sixteen major concepts presented in the other standards. A table on page 4 provides a correlation between the contents of each lesson and the National Science Education Standards.
