PETER HUPE is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He has worked as a policy adviser at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment in The Hague. Since his dissertation on policy formation, his research and consultancy have focused on policy processer in various domains. He publishes in both Dutch and English.
