This course has been specially developed for young trainees who will be working in hotels and restaurants where they will need English to deal with customers. It begins at post-elementary level and takes students to a low-intermediate level.
The emphasis is on speaking and understanding English in the contexts of reception, reservations, and all front of house areas; restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
There are 28 units which cover a range of topics such as how to take bookings, dealing with enquiries and complaints, giving directions, methods of payment, names of dishes, and methods of cooking.
