This volume of "Fun with Arts for Kids" Books follows the learning standards of the Learning Area of Arts in the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008) for the purpose of developing Grade 1-6 learners' basic visual art concepts, skills, techniques and values while using English as the medium of learning and communication
The contents, learning units and activities prescribed are consistent with the grade level indicators of the learning standards of visual arts. Fun and interesting learning activities provided in each unit will help create and promote visual art concepts, skills, imagination, aesthetic and thinking skills of learners. Teachers can evaluate learners' visual art learning achievement by assessing their concepts, skill, key competencies and desirable characteristics from their works of viausl arts, expressions of feelings and thoughts, appreciation and application in daily life.
